Event Cancelled? Bid Beacon Can Help.

With so many events being cancelled, Bid Beacon can help you continue your fundraising efforts – at a distance. With Bid Beacon, you can run a completely virtual auction with virtual items like gift cards, eBooks, streaming service subscriptions, or apps. 

You can also use Bid Beacon’s donation feature to open up a fundraising channel without any auction at all. Covered in the video below are the following steps to get your fundraising or donation event set up:

  1. Register and log into Bid Beacon.
  2. Create a new auction.
  3. Configure your Stripe, Square or PayPal account.
  4. Under “Manage Online Payments”, toggle “Require Immediate Payment (Donations and Buy Now Items)” to ON to let people pay for their donation right away.
  5. Add a Donation item.
  6. Invite users by importing a file of email addresses or sharing the invite page.
